2. Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit of 500 SAR may be required before check-in or upon arrival.
- The deposit is intended to cover:
- Property damages

- Excessive cleaning charges
- Late checkout penalties
- Violations of property rules
- Refunds are typically processed after inspection of the property upon checkout.

Late Check-Out
- Late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval.
- Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional charges deducted from the security deposit.
4. Guest Responsibilities

- Keep the property clean and in good condition
- Respect neighbors and other guests
- Follow all resort and property rules
- Use facilities responsibly
- Avoid illegal, dangerous, or disruptive activities
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

- Quiet hours may apply depending on the property location.
- Sarah Resorts may terminate a booking without refund if guests violate conduct rules.
9. Smoking Policy
- Smoking may only be permitted in designated outdoor areas.
- Smoking inside rooms, chalets, caravans, cottages, or enclosed areas may result in cleaning penalties.
10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking type, season, or promotional offer.
- Refund eligibility will be communicated during the booking process.
- Non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded except where required by law.
11. Transportation Services
For transportation and car rental services:
- Guests must comply with Saudi Arabian traffic laws.
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, or force majeure are beyond our control.
- Vehicle categories may vary depending on availability while maintaining similar standards.
